Customer Success Manager

Canditech is a rapidly growing startup in the booming HR-tech industry, with the vision of a world without resumes. In a very short time, we have developed a world-leading SaaS platform, are working with market leaders world-wide, and closed a meaningful fundraising round led by Insight Partners.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSM with great communication and interpersonal skills to be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help our customers (HR professional and hiring managers) achieve their desired hiring goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, and take a key role in our company.

What You'll Do:

• Own overall relationship with assigned clients
• Ensure retention and satisfaction of our clients
• Aid clients in achieving their goals

What We'd Like You To Have:

• Experience as a CSM or in a similar client-facing role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Passion for the HR field and desire to make the world a better place for recruits and candidates.
• Experience in HR Tech – big advantage.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
