About the role:

As Data & Business Insights Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Leading data-driven initiatives and perform deep analyses based on customer information.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations tailored to the needs of business units, with a strong focus on credit-related domains.
• Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders, including business and technology teams, to define business requirements.
• Initiate and lead analytical projects from planning through presentation to business stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a large organization, including presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in complex analysis and querying large data sets using SQL.
• Strong business orientation and analytical thinking.
• Previous experience in financial companies – significant advantage.
• Familiarity and experience with Tableau – significant advantage.
