Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in the Tel Aviv, Israel. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes with Lama AI’s solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns, provide proactive support, and exceed customer expectations.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to maintain and enhance client experiences and deliver solutions tailored to their needs.
• Proven competency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to foster long-term partnerships and ensure ongoing client success.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess client challenges, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Superb communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Prior experience in the financial or technology sector is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
