Job Description:

• HelpDesk support

• Participation in managing the company’s IT infrastructure – servers, networks, wired and wireless

communications, and cloud environments

• Implementation of procedures, technological solutions, and methodologies for information security

(Firewalls, Anti-Virus, Backups)

• Ongoing support for Polyram’s subsidiaries in Israel and abroad

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in an IT team within an industrial company – mandatory

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewalls),

virtualization (VMware), and Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange)

• Familiarity with the ERP system Priority – an advantage

• Familiarity with MES/SCADA production-floor management systems and control environments – an

advantage:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, patience, courtesy, and responsibility

• Relevant education and/or professional certifications (MCSE, CCNA) – an advantage

• High-level English – mandatory
