As we continue to grow globally, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define how the world understands and experiences our product.
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic, and creative product marketer who can bridge deep technical understanding with compelling storytelling. You’ll own the way RavenDB is positioned in the market; crafting narratives, enabling sales, and driving gtm success for new capabilities and product launches. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales.
What You Will Do
- Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine how RavenDB is described and differentiated across audiences and channels.
- GTM Strategy: Lead GTM planning for new releases and features. From launch strategy to internal alignment and execution.
- Content Creation: Develop impactful materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, presentations, and sales assets.
- Market & Competitive Insights: Analyze customer needs, market shifts, and competitors to guide product and marketing decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Build playbooks, messaging guides, and tools that empower sales to engage confidently with both technical and business buyers.
- Storytelling: Turn complex technical ideas into clear, inspiring narratives that resonate with developers, architects, and decision-makers.
- Customer Advocacy: Unearth and promote customer success stories that demonstrate RavenDB’s real-world value.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in the SW infrastructure space (databases, developer tools, or cloud preferred).
- Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in native-level English.
- Experience developing GTM strategies and marketing assets end-to-end.
- Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and market insight skills.
- Background in software development or product management is an advantage.
