Data Analyst

Role

Own product analytics using Splunk and Python: write SPL, build dashboards/alerts, and turn usage data into actionable insights that improve UX and drive strategy.

What you’ll do

• Craft complex SPL searches; manage indexes & data models
• Build PM/leadership dashboards (KPIs, trends, insights)
• Set up alerts for business & technical scenarios
• Partner with Product/Engineering on data capture & modeling
• Analyze funnels and drop-offs; recommend experiments
• Use SQL + Python for analysis, enrichment, automation

What you bring

• 2+ yrs hands-on Splunk (SPL, dashboards, indexing)
• 2+ yrs data/product analytics (hi-tech/startup/defense)
• JSON parsing & dynamic fields; strong SQL
• Python for automation and alert workflows
• Systems thinking, business orientation, independence
• Required: B.Sc. (CS/IE&M/Econ) or relevant military experience
