ApexFlow is a multi-vertical app studio specializing in in-app RTB, monetization, and performance growth. We work with top SSPs and DSPs — to buy and sell traffic across mobile and connected TV. We combine strong tech, data-driven optimization, and operational discipline to scale apps globally and drive measurable results.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Tel Aviv team and help grow our in-app RTB business.

You’ll manage demand and supply relationships, oversee technical integrations, and ensure accounts run smoothly and profitably. This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who understands the ad tech ecosystem end-to-end and enjoys working across both business and technical sides.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and key partners.

Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and margin optimization.

Analyze data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Coordinate with internal tech and ops teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Handle reporting, troubleshooting, and deal configuration across platforms.

Ensure smooth execution of demand/supply activities and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the ad tech industry — mandatory.

Hands-on experience with SSPs/DSPs and RTB platforms — mandatory.

Strong analytical skills and experience managing data-driven accounts.

Comfortable handling both technical setup and business communications.

Excellent organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple moving parts.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
