Thousands of behavioral-health professionals - psychiatrists, clinicians, psychologists, social workers, and educators use our cloud-based assessment, MOXO, to help improve attention and executive functioning worldwide.
We’re a small team of 10 people based in Hofit (Near Bet Yanai, Caesarea) Israel, but we make a global impact. In 2024 alone, over 200,000 MOXO assessments were completed, and we’ve surpassed 1.2 million assessments in the past decade.
We’re now seeking a Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy across two core growth engines - Enterprise and SMB.
This is a hybrid role combining strategy and hands-on execution: driving awareness, education, and conversion through data-driven marketing, scalable digital programs, and close collaboration with Sales and Product.
Strategy & Leadership- Build MOXO into the global standard for digital attention assessment.
- Drive qualified clinician signups, activation, and purchases through data-driven digital campaigns.
- Establish thought leadership through research-based storytelling, education, and professional engagement.
- Own the full marketing roadmap across Enterprise and SMB segments, aligned with 2025–2026 GTM plans.
- Define messaging frameworks, positioning, and campaign priorities for diverse audiences - from C-suite executives to clinicians.
- Maintain a unified brand narrative built on clinical credibility, digital simplicity, and global reach.
- Own all paid and organic acquisition channels
- Build and optimize digital funnels for self-serve trials, demo requests, and test purchases.
- Lead webinars, conferences, and training initiatives - converting education into activation.
- Develop lifecycle campaigns and marketing automations to nurture prospects and improve retention.
- Define and maintain a consistent, high-impact brand voice across websites, campaigns, and product materials.
- Plan and produce educational and marketing content (webinars, blog posts, guides, case studies, white papers).
- Work with designers and agencies to create visuals, landing pages, and campaign materials that reflect brand identity.
- Manage social media presence, community engagement, and professional collaborations.
- Partner with the Product team to communicate new features and align messaging with user needs.
- Plan and execute MOXO-hosted webinars, digital conferences, and external speaking opportunities.
- Manage participation in key industry events and professional associations
- Build and maintain marketing partnerships with clinical networks and educational platforms.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, digital health, or technology startups.
- Demonstrated success with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and Enterprise sales enablement, supporting both low- and high-touch outreach.
- Deep understanding of B2B and PLG marketing models - ability to design funnels that educate, convert, and retain users.
- Proven track record running digital campaigns, webinars, and events that drive measurable growth.
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal English; able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Experience managing designers, agencies, and freelancers, with a collaborative, creative mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global startup with evolving priorities.
- Background in behavioral health, digital diagnostics, or SaaS healthcare - a strong advantage.

Our office is located in Hofit (Near Bet Yanai, Caesarea). We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
