Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, resourceful, and strategic HR Manager to lead and shape our human resource operation during a critical growth phase. While recruitment is currently the central mission, the role encompasses full ownership of Human Resources management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, learning, and employee well-being.

This position is ideal for an experienced HR Manager seeking a meaningful, high-impact role in a growing startup.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Develop and own HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
• Support managers and teams in employee relations, feedback processes, and performance development.
• Drive organizational initiatives such as learning & development, employee engagement, and internal communication.
• Oversee welfare and well-being programs that foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivated workplace.

What We Need to See

• 3 - 5 years of proven HR experience in the high-tech industry, with a strong background in recruitment
• Significant advantage for experience in deep-tech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.

• Proactive, independent, and execution-oriented mindset suited to a dynamic startup environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting, Psychology, or Human Resources.

Ways to Stand Out

• Experience in startups or scaling organizations, building HR foundations from the ground up.
• Familiarity with engineering-driven cultures, especially in hardware.
