We are looking for a talented and organized Office Manager & Employee Experience Coordinator to join us in a temporary position covering maternity leave. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth daily operations of our office and support a positive, engaging employee experience for our team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a central, hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day operations activities of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations to the US team.
- Take responsibility for all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleaning services, building maintenance, cibus, etc.)
- Plan and execute employee experience activities, including company events, gifts, swag, etc., for our employees worldwide.
- Be the face of the office, greeting visitors and onboarding new employees on their first day.
- Assisting and arranging conferences, off-sites, and meetings.
- Track and control invoices and orders to ensure budget compliance.
- Travel coordination.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects.
- Report and work closely with the VP of People.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in an office Manager position within a startup.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written - a must
- Self-driven, independent, empathic, energetic and proactive.
- People's person, team player and positive attitude!
- Well-organized and able to handle multitasking in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
