HR Manager for Logistics Center

Tnuva is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead the human resources domain at our Dan Dairy Logistics Center and National Transportation Unit, supporting approximately 450 employees.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, reporting to the HR Director of the Supply Chain Division, and includes managing a team of two HR coordinators.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR activities for the logistics center and national transport unit
• Implement HR policies and develop annual work plans aligned with company strategy
• Drive leadership development: training, coaching, and consulting for managers
• Manage recruitment processes, assessments, internal mobility, and promotions (in collaboration with the recruitment department)
• Oversee training programs: enrichment, onboarding, and professional development
• Lead welfare initiatives at the unit level and implement corporate welfare policies
• Administer compensation and benefits policies
• Handle labor relations and employment law matters, including collaboration with the workers’ committee and legal department
• Support employees throughout their employment lifecycle
• Execute corporate HR projects at the site level

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree — mandatory
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial HR role within a large and complex organization — mandatory
• Experience in an industrial environment — an advantage
• Proven experience managing HR teams — mandatory
• Experience working with employee committees — an advantage
• Broad knowledge and hands-on experience in various HR domains: labor law, compensation, recruitment, welfare, employee relations, organizational development
• High service orientation and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
