Job Description:

• Analyzing the needs and requirements of the department’s clients and defining how to implement these requirements in a new system.
• Recommending possible alternatives for implementing business needs and requirements.
• Working closely with developers, UX/UI teams, and infrastructure personnel, as well as collaborating with account managers and key clients from various departments.
• Writing requirement and specification documents for the development of computerized information systems based on business needs and requirements.
• Understanding and adapting to relevant procedures or existing systems, preparing test documents and performing acceptance testing.
• Writing data migration documents and participating in migration processes.
• Supporting the implementation process and conducting user training.
• Assessing the suitability of existing products and systems to client requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, version migration between environments, and error resolution.
• Relevant education – academic degree, practical engineering diploma, or relevant professional courses.
• Experience in supporting a project/product throughout its entire lifecycle.
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 365 (9.0) and 2011.
• Proven experience in upgrading to 365, data migration, and integrations.
• Experience working with TFS and JIRA, and in an Agile methodology environment.
