Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Freelance) 

We looking for a highly skilled Headhunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with us on a variety of tech and executive roles.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing and headhunting for tech and senior positions.
• Conduct advanced searches on LinkedIn (Boolean, X-Ray, and other sourcing techniques).
• Proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
• Prepare professional candidate summaries and reports for clients.
• Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

What we’re looking for:

• Availability to work as a freelancer (issuing invoices is required).
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities, especially on LinkedIn.
• Experience recruiting for tech roles - an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to work autonomously.
