🚀 We’re Hiring: Data Systems Analyst
Join a cutting-edge Data + AI Division leading organization-wide initiatives in data strategy, advanced analytics, and end-to-end technological solutions. If you’re passionate about transforming business needs into smart, scalable data products — this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead end-to-end analysis and requirement-gathering processes
• Translate business needs into advanced technological and data-driven solutions
• Write detailed functional & technical specifications
• Design data models and build efficient, accessible data structures
• Conduct deep investigations across a wide variety of data sources
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
What You Bring:
✔ 3–5+ years of experience as a Data System Analyst
✔ Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on work with complex databases
✔ Practical understanding of data architecture: DWH, Data Lakes, data layers, and structured pipelines
✔ Proven experience defining business & technical processes and translating them to development teams
✔ Strong analytical abilities and confidence working with multiple, complex data sources
✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
✔ Excellent communication skills and high service orientation
➕ Background in development or data systems within a large organization — a major advantage
➕ Big Data ecosystem experience — highly desirable
