As a Gaming Data Analyst with a focus on player insights and user acquisition, you’ll be at the intersection of product analytics and marketing strategy. You’ll analyse gameplay data, player behaviour, and acquisition channels to drive smarter decisions that boost engagement, retention, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse in-game player data to identify trends, optimise gameplay, and enhance user retention.
• Support the marketing and user acquisition (UA) teams by evaluating campaign performance and channel effectiveness.
• Develop dashboards to track key metrics across acquisition, engagement, monetisation, and retention.
• Conduct cohort analysis and A/B testing to assess the impact of new features, creative assets, and promotional campaigns.
• Partner with design, product, and UA teams to drive data-informed growth strategies.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making at all levels.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with marketing analytics and paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Appsflyer, etc.).
• A solid understanding of casual or card game mechanics—experience with Solitaire is desirable but not essential.
• Passionate about player psychology, user journeys, and performance-driven growth.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
