As a key team member, you will apply advanced sourcing methods to grow the talent pipeline and support recruiters. Collaborate with Sourcers to exchange knowledge and learn innovative sourcing strategies while partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals effectively.

As a Talent Sourcer, You Will Be Responsible For

• Developing creative strategies to secure top-tiered talent utilizing prior experience with successful tools and channels.
• Partnering with stakeholders to build and execute strategies to convert passive talent into a strategic pipeline talent.
• Developing relationships with candidates, understanding their interests and providing a great candidate experience.
• Building and maintaining talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring needs and reduce time to fill.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess talent sourcing experience in product development organization.
• Have deep knowledge of the Israeli tech market.
• Have passion to create proactive candidate attraction techniques, including complex Boolean search strings.
• Be passionate about partnering and providing world-class candidate experience.
• Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, can-do mindset.
• Demonstrate great written and verbal communication skills in English.
