About the Role:
Leading the organization’s HR strategy
Overseeing all stages of employment and improving the employee experience
Managing labor relations, ensuring legal compliance, resolving conflicts, and working with employee committees
Collaborating with the global HR team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or Business Administration - required
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRBP or senior HR manager in a mid-to-large organization - required
Proven experience in labor relations and union negotiations - required
High-level / fluent English - required
Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting, Business Administration, or Economics - advantage
