Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the Hi-Tech sector, with a proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple regions, especially Israel.
This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles in Israel.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to enhance sourcing efforts.
- Foster long-term relationships with potential candidates and promote Fluent’s employer brand.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment within the Hi-Tech sector – mandatory.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates in Israel.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment tools, techniques, and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
