Data Analyst

Paragon is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that is revolutionizing the industry with a groundbreaking product. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of transforming customer data into actionable organizational insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing customers data, uncovering usage trends, red flags, and behavioral patterns, and presenting these insights clearly to internal teams. Your work will help the company understand what’s happening on the ground and how it impacts the business.

You will also act as a key link between technical data events and their business implications, ensuring decision-makers have a clear understanding of operational realities.

Responsibilities

• Own the collection, processing, and analysis of customer data to generate clear business insights.
• Identify usage trends, behavioral anomalies, and red flags within customer data sets.
• Translate technical issues and operational events into their business impact.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers (AM), Technical Account Managers (TAM), and other operational teams to align customer data with internal processes and priorities.
• Prepare detailed reports that reflect real-world customer activity, product usage, and operational pain points.
• Detect patterns and deviations in data and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving product performance and customer satisfaction.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role in a data-driven, product-focused environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL – must.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and automation – must.
• Strong skills in Tableau for dashboarding and data visualization – must.
• Experience in cybersecurity environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to convert complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Familiarity with tools such as Elasticsearch, Jira, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of operational-to-sales workflows and cross-departmental business processes.
