We are Shopify's e-commerce experts, application developers, and builders of third-party integrations that interface with many different systems and applications.

This role covers the whole employee lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to growth, retention, and company culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the entire HR lifecycle: onboarding, check-in conversations, performance reviews.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Plan and execute company events and employee experience activities: monthly happy hours, annual trips, and more.
• Manage internal communications - monthly newsletters, employer branding, and social media posts.
• Build and run training and development programs, including professional courses and enrichment sessions.
• Partner with managers to support employee relations, feedback, and growth conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and organized approach.
• Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
