THE ROLE

As a Data Analyst, you’ll turn data into decisions. You’ll build dashboards and automations, analyze large datasets with SQL & Python, and partner with teams across the company to improve performance, efficiency, and revenue. You’ll own projects end-to-end - from scoping and data modeling to insight delivery and follow-through.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Develop and maintain data-driven solutions, automations, and analytical processes to support business goals.

✔ Identify needs, design efficient workflows, and implement smart solutions.

✔ Analyze and process data using SQL and Python to generate insights and improve decision-making.

✔ Collaborate across departments to optimize systems and introduce new tools or methods.

✔ Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery while ensuring accuracy and reliability.

✔ Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

✅ Graduate with a B.A./B.Sc. in Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

✅ 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related analytical role.

✅ Strong SQL & Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and automation.

✅ Understanding of ETL processes and data workflows.

✅ Experience working with APIs and large datasets.

✅ Hands-on experience using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

✅ Creative thinker who knows how to spot opportunities and turn them into business

✅Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

✅ Innovative thinker with a passion for scalable, data-driven solutions.
