Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for a wide variety of commercial contracts
• Lead and manage legal aspects of special projects, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives
• Interact and work with company's departments on diverse legal issues
• Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
• Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed
  
  

• Israeli certified lawyer with 7+ years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer
• Proven track record in managing complex legal projects and cross-border matters
• Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, independent worker
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
• Experience working at/with the hi-tech Industry
• English & Hebrew at mother tongue level or equivalent – MUST
