Director, Commercial Legal Affairs

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead the legal aspects of the Company’s commercial activities, serving as a trusted business partner to senior management and all business units. The role includes providing ongoing legal support for the Company’s business operations and working closely with all organizational departments, including Procurement, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Operations, and others, across Israel, the United States, and additional countries in which the Company operates.

In addition, as part of your role, you will participate in advancing cross-functional strategic projects within a dynamic and global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and matrix management of commercial contracting processes across the organization.
• Deliver ongoing legal advice to various business units and support business decision-making.
• Work closely with external legal counsel and manage those relationships.
• Improve, streamline, and implement contracting processes and organizational policies.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in the Company’s management forums.

Reporting to: VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Requirements

Mandatory

• At least 8 years of experience as an attorney, including significant experience within a commercial organization.
• LL.B. degree and a Master's degree in a related field.
• Member of the Israeli Bar Association.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong Advantage

• Experience as an attorney in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in a global environment.
• Knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, and clinical trials.
• Advanced working knowledge and regular use of AI-driven technologies.
