A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead its Business Legal Advisory function and manage a team of legal professionals. This is a strategic leadership role combining complex financing transactions, business-oriented legal advisory, and close collaboration with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals.
• Provide end-to-end legal support for corporate lending and financing transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and oversee complex commercial and financing agreements.
• Deliver legal advice and formal opinions on banking and finance matters.
• Lead regulatory implementation processes and participate in credit committee discussions.

Requirements

• Qualified Attorney with 7+ years of experience in Banking & Finance Law - Must
• Proven managerial experience - Must
• Previous experience in a bank, leading financial institution, or top-tier commercial law firm - Must
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English - Must
• Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and decision-making skills.
