Marketing Automation Manager

mate is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Retention & Marketing Automation Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead the execution of smart, personalized, and scalable customer journeys for our clients.

mate is an agency (By Publicis group) specializing in data marketing and customer engagement, a strategic global partner of Braze – the world's leading platform for customer communication.

We are giving full data marketing/marketing automation services to the biggest companies in Israel and some global clients as well.

We’re looking for someone who is a people person, who understand how different people think and act by, someone that have good relationship with people and can manage different clients.

Job Description:

• Lead and own the marketing automation and retention strategy from planning through execution and optimization.
• Design personalized, data-driven customer journeys across multiple channels, including email, push, WhatsApp/SMS, in-app messaging, and more.
• Build campaigns and user journeys based on data and behavioral triggers.
• Build and maintain relationships with mate clients from different industries.
• Master the Braze platform – ensuring effective setup, scalability, best practices and alignment with business KPIs.
• Build and maintain key retention and engagement KPIs per vertical. Evaluate performance, build reports, dashboards, and constantly test/refine messaging while translating insights into actionable strategies.

Skills and Experience needed:

• 4+ years hands-on experience in marketing automation, leading strategy and execution.
• Experience in Lifecycle marketing, CRM manager and end user communications.
• Hands-on proven track record of expertise with Braze (customer engagement platform). – Big Advantage
• Strong content creation skills, knows what copy works and how to make creatives convert.
• Previous experience with other Marketing Automation systems  
• Passionate about growth, utilizing marketing technology to impact on ROI and revenue.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
