We’re Hiring: Experienced Tech Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for a Tech Recruitment Coordinator with proven experience in the high-tech industry to join our dynamic and professional recruitment team.

About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technology positions (Development, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, and more).
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and attract top talent.
• Take full ownership of sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and process management until hiring.
• Utilize advanced tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in tech recruitment – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of development and technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter – a strong advantage.
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, quick learning ability, and independent thinking.
