Human Resources Manager (6 month replacement)

We're looking for an HR Manager for a 6 month replacement with the possibility for extension. Our office is located in the Bursa business district, Ramat Gan.

What you'll do

• Own the full employee lifecycle (end-to-end) – including contract finalization, onboarding, day-to-day employee experience, and offboarding.
• Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, while taking an active role in the interview and selection process.
• Oversee operations and administrative functions for our Israel site, ensuring smooth day-to-day office management.
• Develop and execute annual work plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design, implement, and oversee core HR processes such as performance reviews, eNPS, satisfaction surveys, roundtable discussions, and more.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees across all locations, providing guidance and solutions while collaborating with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, IT, etc.).
• Drive the HR strategy – creating clarity in complexity by implementing smart, scalable processes that support a global, fast-moving organization.

What we're looking for

• You’ve owned the end-to-end HR function in at least one early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
• You have experience in global companies of up to ~100 employees.
• You’ve led HR across multiple countries and can navigate global employment law, compensation structures, and compliance requirements.
• You’ve driven measurable impact — from accelerating hiring processes and boosting employee engagement to improving retention and fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
• You excel at turning strategy into action with clarity, urgency, and a strong human touch.
