Commercial Manager

Edikted is a fast-growing global fashion eCommerce brand inspired by pop culture, technology,

and Gen Z trends.

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the business performance and profitability of

our market — overseeing sales strategy, pricing, and operations, while ensuring the brand

delivers the right products, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right price.

What You’ll Do

● Set and execute commercial strategies across product, pricing, and promotions.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Operations,

Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service and more — to ensure alignment and

flawless execution.

● Build and monitor sales forecasts, KPIs, and business performance reports, and

optimize based on results.

● Analyze performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

● Oversee store openings — ensuring all teams (merchandising, logistics, HR, CS, and

marketing and more) are aligned and ready for launch, with timelines, inventory, and

staffing in place.

● Collaborate closely with Merchandising and Planning to ensure assortments and

inventory support commercial goals.

● Ensure smooth execution of key market initiatives — from new store openings to

seasonal campaigns.

What You Bring

● 7+ years of experience in commercial management / brand management / in fashion

retail or eCommerce.

● Proven experience managing sales, margins, and pricing strategies.

● Strong analytical and strategic mindset — data-driven decision maker.

● Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

● Hands-on approach, strong ownership, and ability to execute in a fast-paced

environment.

● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills – must.

● Fluent English (spoken and written) – must.

● Experience in an international / multi-market company – a big plus.
