Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Customer Service Specialist located in Petah Tikva. The responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, handling product orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Medical Device Customer Service Specialist will also work closely with the sales team to educate customers on product features and benefits, manage customer accounts, and support the resolution of any product-related issues.

• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
