Position Summary:
The Customer Program Manager is responsible for driving the success of Customer Program. This includes program administration, strategic optimization, and key initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, the role involves promoting the Customer Program brand both internally and externally to align with company goals and ensure the program’s impact is maximized.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in program management, customer engagement, or community building.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize program performance.
- Creativity to design unique customer experiences and promotional strategies.
- English and Hebrew- A Must (reading, writing and speaking)
