Operational Program Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-organizational projects from initial planning through to execution and delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring targets, managing resources, and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to provide real-time operational solutions and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-organizational programs and projects in alignment with defined organizational goals.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, establish timelines, and track critical milestones.
• Coordinate effectively between various internal departments, including development, engineering, operations, procurement, logistics, quality, and finance.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps or barriers, and implement risk management strategies.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management and stakeholders while supporting delivery processes to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and organizational procedures.
  
  

• 3-5 years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven experience working in environments with multiple interfaces and managing concurrent projects.
• Experience working in the following industries: Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics.
• Experience within technological, industrial, or integration environments.
• Exceptional planning and control skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead without formal authority.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a broad strategic perspective.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Monday, or Asana.
• Professional proficiency in both English (reading and writing) and Hebrew.
