What Are We Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Software Engineering Team Leader to lead a cross-functional engineering team and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

In this role, you will be at the center of key technical initiatives, providing technical leadership, fostering strong engineering practices, and collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

How will you make an impact?

• Build, lead, and mentor a team of top-notch software engineers.
• Design and implement software features for scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS products.
• Take full E2E ownership of delivery for multiple complex development projects, from design through release.
• Lead the design and implementation of key platform capabilities, working closely with engineering teams and architects.
• Collaborate with Product Management, DevOps, and IT teams to meet both functional and non-functional requirements on schedule.
• Stay updated on new technologies and AI-driven tools, and introduce them within the system.
  
  

• Practical experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities into products or tools.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-powered developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Ability to evaluate and adopt AI-driven technologies in a production environment.
  
  

• Experience in Go language.
• Prior experience in security-related domains.
• Familiarity with SaaS enterprise systems at scale.
• Experience with open-source tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, agent-based systems, or other advanced AI domains.
