Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a driven, curious, and sharp Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a recruitment agency — someone who knows how to own the process end-to-end, move fast, and deliver real results.

About the Role

This position is part of a recruitment agency / software house, leading end-to-end hiring processes for external clients across a wide range of technology domains.

As part of our growing recruitment team, you will lead full recruitment cycles across diverse technological positions, work closely with hiring managers, and shape the candidate experience from the very first touchpoint.

What You Will Do

• Manage full E2E recruitment processes for technology roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, and offer stage
• Build strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and creative sourcing methods
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role definitions, business challenges, and success criteria
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through fast, accurate, and professional communication
• Work with ATS/CRM systems, reporting, and ongoing recruitment process optimization

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment agency / placement company – mandatory
• Strong sourcing capabilities with proven experience recruiting for technical roles
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• High energy, strong ownership mindset, and genuine passion for people and recruitment
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
