As part of its Business Analysis team, the focus is on ensuring that CRM solutions and enterprise platforms meet the highest standards of efficiency, integration, and customer satisfaction.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a CRM Systems Analyst to join us.

What You’ll Do?

• Collect and define business requirements, analyze them, and write business and technical specifications
• Support development and QA teams through the implementation phase
• Analyze core business processes, system integrations, and interfaces
• Update documentation based on required changes, ensuring proper understanding of business needs and identifying gaps
• Provide project support as needed

What Are We Looking For?

• At least 3 years of proven experience in CRM systems analysis and/or Siebel development
• Strong experience in writing business and technical specifications
• Experience in defining interfaces with infrastructure systems
• Hands-on experience with Siebel – a significant advantage
