We’re looking for a dynamic CRM manager to lead our email marketing and push notification strategies, ensuring seamless campaign execution across our studios.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance user engagement and support key business objectives across all studios.
- Own and manage the end-to-end Push notifications and Email marketing strategy, leveraging the full capabilities of the CRM platform and maintaining the relationship with the provider.
- Oversee the optimization of all communication channels—including push notifications, emails, SMS, and in-app messages—to drive impactful CRM campaigns and automated user journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, maintain clear reporting, and build dashboards to track success, evaluate KPIs, and uncover actionable insights for improving user engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with LiveOps, Product, Monetization, Creative, and Data teams to align campaigns with game events, player journeys, and broader business strategy.
- Work closely with the analysis team to enhance audience segmentation, customer modeling, and campaign performance reporting.
- Define measurable KPIs and regularly review campaign outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee team operations, planning, processes, and effectiveness, including capacity review, task allocation, and continuous improvement of workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM within the mobile gaming industry.
- Excellent communication abilities with a track record of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant CRM tools and platforms such as Braze, One Signal, Clever Tap, etc
- Strong analytical skills, adept at handling sizable datasets.
- Demonstrated success in project execution and assuming complete ownership of initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in English
