At Netafim, above all, we are farmers. We started our agricultural activity in the Negev in 1965 in an attempt to grow crops on desert land. The extreme desert conditions and the state of Israel's water economy presented a significant challenge for us, and this is what led us to create innovative solutions for precision irrigation. We owe a lot to the challenges of the early years in agriculture – we developed agronomic expertise and maintained an innovative mindset thanks to which all of us, farmers in Israel and around the world, can grow more crops, in any climate conditions, with less water and effort.
As the HR Manager at the Hatzerim site, you will lead and engage in planning and implementing the organization's Human Resources policy, programs, and work methods to support the organization's overall mission, drive a strong organizational climate and culture, with the goal of developing and retaining the organization's employees while fostering a positive work environment.
Support and Guidance for Managers:
- Working with the Plant Manager in the areas of: factory workforce management, leading changes, building managerial reserves, team building, organizational effectiveness, and supporting change processes.
- Maintaining regular work routines with department managers and team leaders.
Employee Experience: Hire to Retire:
- Partnering in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees with the organizational recruitment team.
- Drafting and signing employment contracts, including changes to employment terms.
- Support throughout the employee's lifecycle in the organization, conducting check-in conversations, support, and providing solutions on individual and welfare issues.
Development and Training:
- Responsibility for training and instruction programs – from identifying needs to execution.
- Supporting growth and development programs and long-term planning of the human resource, including managerial and professional reserves.
- Partnering in leading cross-organizational development processes (evaluation and feedback, performance improvement, etc.).
- Leading processes such as: changing organizational structures, team building, and more.
Human Resources and Labor Law Aspects:
- Implementing and enforcing labor laws.
- Monitoring budget vs. execution.
- Managing headcount and HR costs.
- Site responsible for the prevention of sexual harassment.

Hatzerim site in the South of Israel.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences / Human Resources.
- Languages: Hebrew – Mother tongue level, English – high level of reading, writing, and speaking.
- Experience: At least three years of experience in Human Resources management and recruitment, prior experience in an industrial plant is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment contracts, and HR processes.
