Vice President of Engineering

A fast-growing medical device company is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Engineering to lead all engineering, NPI, and production operations — and drive the next generation of products.

What You’ll Do:

🚀 Lead full NPI processes and turn R&D outputs into scalable manufacturing

🚀 Oversee production lines, develop jigs, and optimize processes using Lean principles

🚀 Own all quality & regulatory aspects: FDA, ISO 13485, 510(k)

🚀 Manage ECO, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives

🚀 Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and the supply chain

🚀 Lead cross-functional engineering teams and complex projects

Who You Are:

✔ Engineering leader with 10+ years in medical device manufacturing

✔ Expert in NPI and production transfer

✔ Strong command of quality systems, compliance, and regulatory frameworks

✔ Skilled in Lean, SPC, CAPA, and process optimization

✔ A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills
