Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI/LLM Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and other AI solutions. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms to enhance our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and fine-tune large language models and other AI algorithms to meet specific business needs.
• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate AI models, ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Performance Optimization: Implement techniques to optimize model performance, including hyperparameter tuning, model distillation, and quantization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply new techniques to improve existing models and processes.
• Testing & Validation: Develop and execute testing protocols to validate model performance and ensure robustness, reliability, and compliance with ethical standards.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Manage the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and monitoring for performance issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, particularly large language models (LLMs)

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Additional Skills: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with MLOps practices is a plus.
