Programs & Operations Manager

We're hiring: Programs & Operations Manager– ALD College (part of HUB Technologies Group)

ALD College, acquired by HUB Technologies, is the training arm of ALD - delivering professional courses and certifications in Quality, Reliability & RAM. As part of a growing tech group, we’re expanding our training activity and are looking for a hands-on leader to take it to the next level.

In this role you will:

• Manage end-to-end training operations (courses, schedules, instructors, logistics)

• Work with both private learners & enterprise customers

• Lead commercial activity: proposals, tenders, pricing & invoicing

• Build partnerships & grow the college’s reach

• Manage team members and external experts

• Oversee marketing, budgeting & customer experience

• Experience in operations, training delivery, customer success or business management

• Strong multitasking & stakeholder management skills

• Customer-facing mindset + commercial drive

• Ability to lead processes independently and drive growth

• Advantage: experience in Quality/Reliability/RAM or professional education
