Recruiter & Admin - Part time

Role: Part-Time Recruiter (3 days/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process; overseeing all administrative aspects of the process.
  

• Post job ads across relevant channels and assist with candidate sourcing.
  

• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  

• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process and update internal HR systems.
  

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks as needed.
  

  
  
  

Requirements:

• No prior experience required – great opportunity for students or those looking to start a career in HR/recruitment.
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
  

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
  

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide high-level service.
  

• Ability to work 3 days per week.
