We’re looking for an experienced CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer who’s passionate about technology, thrives on understanding how things work, and loves turning complex business needs into smart, elegant technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What you’ll do:

- Analyze business needs and workflows in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

- Write clear and detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Build strong relationships with business users, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead projects end-to-end — from discovery through go-live.

- Support and enhance existing solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Information Systems Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – a must.

- Strong business acumen and a holistic, system-level view.

- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-system process analyses end-to-end.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, evolving environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both business and technical teams.

- Experience with integration tools and platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem.
