🧠 Lead and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers in a dynamic, well-established organization

📊 Monitor service levels and ensure high-quality support

🛠️ Handle complex technical issues and escalations

🔄 Lead cross-organizational technological projects with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency

🤝 Work closely with external vendors and department managers

📝 Write procedures and maintain clear documentation of issues and solutions

🌱 Develop the professional team – recruitment, training, employee evaluations, and growth

📍 Position Details:

• Full-time role, 5 days a week
• Based at company offices in Ramat HaHayal
• Plus one day a week at the Haifa branch 🚗

🎯 Who is this role for?

✅ At least 3 years of experience as a PC Technician – mandatory

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience managing a technical team in a large organization – mandatory

💪 Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure

🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented mindset

🚘 Valid driver’s license (includes travel to the Haifa branch)
