We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Research Department. In this role, you’ll support multiple teams across the organization, helping to uncover insights that shape our products, strategies, and research directions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the research team to interpret data and understand the broader context behind it.
• Learn and improve the data collection and processing mechanisms.
• Tackle business challenges by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Develop complex logic flows to identify key events and generate meaningful metrics.
• Support researchers in their ongoing projects.
• Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analyses for business stakeholders.
• Explore and integrate new tools and methodologies to enhance our datasets and analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills (SQL Server).
• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Solid understanding of statistics.

Bonus Points:

• Interest or experience in FinTech or algorithmic trading.
• Passion for sports — especially soccer.
