About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Learning and Development professional to join our team and lead the company’s learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the onboarding and training program for new employees.
• Develop, design, and deliver professional and managerial training courses.
• Lead targeted training sessions for existing employees according to evolving needs.
• Oversee the updating, maintenance, and implementation of organizational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training, developing, and implementing professional content- mandatory.
• Ability to facilitate group sessions and speak confidently in front of an audience- advantage.
• Writing and editing skills for procedures and training materials – advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree - advantage.

Personal skills:

• Systemic thinking and broad organizational understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Independence and initiative in managing the training function as a business unit.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
