Technical Service Technician
Job Description
The Information Systems Department of a leading company in its field requires a Technical Service Technician
The role includes providing technical support services to internal organizational entities on the subjects of laptops/desktops, peripheral equipment, communications, OFFICE, operating systems, operating organizational applications, telephony, and more.
The job is full-time.
Requirements
Certification as a PC technician.
One year or more experience in similar positions in a medium/large organization - at least 500 employees.
Experience from a financial organization - an advantage.
Knowledge and experience working with personal computing, OFFICE, operating systems, communications, telephony and information security.
Proficiency in technical English.
High service awareness.
