Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and coordinating the hiring process
• Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for the organization and role requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
• Collaborate with local and global recruitment agencies to ensure hiring goals are met
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Prepare and present employment offers and contracts to candidates
• Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process
• Support and participate in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
• Provide HR support for employees and managers, including handling employee relations, performance and development discussions, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a tech recruiter, including strong sourcing capabilities – A Must
• Proven experience in conducting HR interviews and preparing employment offers/contracts – A Must
• Familiarity with Comeet (Recruit) HRIS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• A people-oriented team player with a "Can Do" attitude
• Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven
• Experience with Global Positions (US) - A Plus
