Solid Data - Data Analyst

Solid is revolutionizing the data analytics landscape with its AI Agents Enablement platform, designed to

dramatically reduce response times and enhance data-driven decision-making.

We are developing an AI Powered Analytics Management Platform, which standardizes business analytic

processes, automates them and empowers analysts with information and recommendations that

increase their productivity and analysis quality. It also supports and enables smart AI based bots and

agents that rely on Solid’s automated semantic layer to answer analytics questions.

We are looking for a Junior Developer / Data Analyst to streamline our work between R&D, Product and

customers, and enhance our platform with automation focused on quality.

Responsibilities:

● Enhance Solid’s backend data platform with automation for customer quality assessment and tracking

● Build components in our internal data lab, to better simulate our customer scenarios

● Assess the quality of the system's outcomes and user experience based on real customer use cases.

● Identify data and AI quality issues. For example, test the chat experience in different use cases or the accuracy of the description created by the LLM.

● Report on these issues to the research and engineering leaders. Work together with their teams to evaluate possible solutions.

● Take part in tuning and assessing the performance of Solid’s LLM prompts - including Langgraph flows tracking, prompt optimization and issue resolution

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or equivalent, and/or technological IDF unit graduate

● An independent, self-learner with data-oriented mindset

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

● At least 2 years of analytics work experience

● Cultural fit with the team, with a fast-paced, open, and collaborative team environment

● Experience in Python code development - advantage

● QA and QA Automation experience - advantage

● Experience in data science/ML or LLM - advantage
