Mobileye is looking for an assertive Catering Operations Manager who gets things done.

Overall strategic and operational responsibility for managing Mobileye’s catering operations, including on-site supervision of the catering company.

The role requires strong assertiveness in managing the catering vendor, maintaining high standards of quality (culinary, hygiene, service, and kashrut), meeting budget goals, and overseeing all restaurant and kitchenette operations across Mobileye's Jerusalem campus.

What will your job look like:

Lead the relationship with the catering company’s management and chefs, ensuring full implementation of company requirements.
Conduct daily supervision of food quality, appearance, hygiene, and service levels.
Ensure adherence to budget targets, monitor expenses, and manage kitchenette inventory.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for ongoing improvement.
Handle employee feedback and complaints, manage meetings, and provide regular updates to management.

All you need is:

3+ years of experience managing large-scale vendor or contractor agreements in the F&B field.
Proven experience leading complex operations and delivering clear results.
Hands-on manager, ensuring smooth execution and full compliance on site.
Strong at handling conflicts and driving change with different teams and partners.
Good Excel skills for tracking and analyzing data.
Solid understanding of food quality and the ability to collaborate effectively with the catering vendor
Relevant professional certification – an advantage.
