Human Resources Manager

A leading non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing surplus food and helping people in need is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a maternity leave replacement.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who’s passionate about people, purpose, and impact.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the VP and management team, driving HR strategy and daily operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience across the organization.
• Manage work plans, budgets, and HR processes with ownership and independence.
• Promote learning, development, and engagement initiatives that strengthen the organizational culture.
• Support managers on HR, labor law, and people management topics.
• Oversee office operations and administration.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory; Master’s – advantage.
• At least 4 years of HR experience (recruitment, employee relations, welfare).
• Experience managing teams and budgets – strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment with a can-do approach.
