Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petah Tikva for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for administering network systems, troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring network security, providing technical support, and offering exceptional customer service. The IT Specialist will also be involved in implementing and maintaining IT solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Network Administration and Information Technology
• Strong Troubleshooting and Network Security skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to provide technical support
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
